Simple software things that are actually very complicated

This is not limited to software. It applied to UI / UX. It applies to sports. It applies to just about everything. Or as I often say: Making it look easy is very very hard. Question of the HN brain trust: Is there a word / phrase for this in say human psychology and/or economics? It's a common misperception and I would think it's been studied. No? Yes??
