I am reading that the Terra/Luna blockchain was halted at least twice in last couple days.
How is this possible? Is Terra/Luna blockchain centralized?
- charcircuit 4y agoThere are 130 bonded validators based off the validators who are staking the most. If >=33% of the staked Luna becomes inaccessible the blockchain can no longer make progress.
