Fructure: A structured interaction engine in Racket
- disconcision 4y agohappy to answer any questions, though not necessarily imminently as i'm travelling at the moment. though i haven't been working on fructure lately, i'm very much working on ideas in the same space. i'm currently at the university of michigan working on the hazel editor (http://hazel.org http://hazel.org) and a hazel sub-project tylr (http://tylr.fun http://tylr.fun) with cyrus omar and david moon, and am just starting on another slightly wackier editor concept, furl (http://furl.farm http://furl.farm). all of these are explorations of different aspects of the structured editing landscape, in what i hope ends up being a convergent way. anyway, you can follow updates at https://twitter.com/disconcision https://twitter.com/disconcision or, occasionally, http://andrewblinn.com http://andrewblinn.com.
- amboo7 4y agoHave you thought about an underlying (FP-style) persistent buffer (e.g. https://github.com/amb007/persistent-buffer https://github.com/amb007/persistent-buffer) that would eventually allow for a better-than-text-based diff & conflict resolution of program versions developed in this editor?
