While a car is moving it has ventilation, and it's illegal to leave an infant alone in a parked car in part for this very reason. But sleeping in a car seat is one of the risk factors for SIDs.
- idiotsecant 4y agohuh. I guess I learned something, thanks. I guess it makes some sense - infants are somewhat still in the transitory phase between breathing being a fun side activity and breathing being essential to living.
