The text of the website overflows outside the screen on mobile, and the main menu is split into two lines, which disturbs the design. I doubt very much that this is intentional. The explanation that this is a bug on a site intended for desktop users with large screens is much more likely in my eyes, as it would be consistent with their other layout issues. When I use my tiny MacBook Air, I simply resize websites to 75%, otherwise most of them have layout problems.
