"What is true, and I'm actually being serious here, is that there are – there's footage and records of objects in the skies, that we don't know exactly what they are," former President Barack Obama said
This is all happening during Trump and Biden's admins. This is bigger than some sort of counter intelligence effort. I don't think Obama was being disingenuous. I think he said the truth here.
- philwelch 4y agoDude, if you’re going to go all in on conspiracy theories you can’t just say things like “I don’t think Obama was being disingenuous”. Here, let me drop in another element of this theory for you: https://patents.google.com/patent/US10144532B2/en https://patents.google.com/patent/US10144532B2/en This, along with the other patents granted to Salvator Cezar Pais, is pseudoscientific nonsense. And yet Dr. Pais has legitimate engineering credentials and backing from the Navy. Why would the Navy sponsor research into pseudoscientific nonsense that is, by sheer coincidence, consistent with the reported properties of the alleged UFO sightings that the Navy allegedly cannot explain? Perhaps this is not pseudoscientific nonsense and the Navy has a secret aircraft development program that is beyond the bounds of publicly known science, and which their operational pilots have unwittingly stumbled upon. (If it was aliens, why the hell hasn’t the Air Force ever run into them? Only the Navy, which by sheer coincidence is the exact same branch that sponsors Dr. Pais’ research?) But if that was the case, why would they patent it and release the gun camera footage instead of telling the pilots to STFU? It’s because someone is meant to believe that the Navy has a secret aircraft development program. That someone being a geopolitical rival of the United States who would presumably be terrified of falling behind in the arms race and thus react by investing their own time and resources into the sorts of pseudoscientific impossibilities that the Navy has apparently already developed.

Makes a pretty damned good argument about 'dont screw with us, we have ultra drones.' scaring foreign opponents. But realistically we are past the phase of direct attacks between major states. China can never declare war on the USA, the risk of WMDs is impossible to deal with. So we are now dealing with just proxy wars.
