Intel - until recently, Intel was recycling equipment/retiring old nodes. Now with IFS it's moving toward keeping each node alive and using it for their IFS segment. They've brought back a lot of engineers, and are gaining traction. And they are so hungry they are sacrificing margin to gain market share, completely the opposite of TSMC. Nvidia CEO went on the record saying he would be very open to having Intel build their semis. I bet Apple would as well, no one likes being pushed by TSMC.
