I’ve owned and rented. The lifestyle* of a renter can be far superior to that of an owner. The financial return of an owner can be far great than that of a renter (or far worse). Being able to buy but choosing to rent is where I am . * lifestyle being defined as discretionary time made available by not having to do anything related to the purchase of, care of or sale of real estate.
