Fully agree, there is no "you should" in my opinion, because you weren't ready or expecting such behavior. Call it a lesson for future interviews :) Next time you see this behavior you can tell them very politely and calmly that you are not interested in joining a company that promotes this behavior, you are incredibly sorry for taking their time and that you would like to terminate the interview now. Two outcomes: you wake someone up and they kindly ask you to give them a chance because this behavior will be dealt with, or you are saving yourself from a bad employer.
