I first heard about endocrine disruptors and xenoestrogen probably five years ago on 4chan of all places. I had a testosterone test done at their suggestion because I was feeling fatigued often, depressed, mood swings, and anxious despite life being pretty stress free. My levels were around 350ng/dL in my mid 20's. Low enough they concerned me but my idiot PCP said they were within the "normal" range which happens to be anywhere from 300-900ng/dL.
I began by cutting out literally every single product I used. I made a conscious effort to only purchase fresh grown produce, organic/grass-fed/free-range/antibiotic-free animal products, avoid plastics at all costs, never touch receipt paper, changed my laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, literally everything. After a year, without any additional changes (had not begun weightlifting yet), my testosterone had rocketed past 1000ng/dL. All of the aforementioned issues had disappeared in spite of life getting tougher, getting less sleep, and taking on more responsibilities.
My PCP called me in urgency after seeing the results saying he was very concerned, wondering if had been taking any kinds of steroids or mystery supplements. I politely told him to go fuck himself and changed PCP immediately because apparently having low T was not a concern to him despite all of the issues it was causing me but having high T was.
I took the advice of some random deviants online and it changed my life forever. I cannot reccommend enough for the men here to do the same, and lift weights!
