My sense of direction and orientation is nearly non-existent. I have a really hard time imagining physical places. Any alternatives to mind palace for people like me?
- mguerville 4y agoI think the underlying idea is patterns in general, so if you're good with music you could use songs to memorize. Patterns just give you better boxes to file information in.
