I've been thinking about using this or Docusaurus to start a blog. Does anyone have an opinion on which of the two is better/easier/etc?

Looks like you should able to add markdoc into Docusaurus with plugins etc.

I don't know about Markdoc but with Docusaurus you can have your blog in 1min, just go to docusaurus.new (I'm the maintainer)
