I've had interviewers seem kind of dismissive before, but what you described was pretty bad imo. if they ended up extending an offer I would decline and say why. A company that small probably needs that fellow and they're unlikely to fire him about this. Maybe he was having a bad day. Probably small consolation but this experience is a good story and frankly if this is how they are to work with, I'd rather see it revealed before joining. As awkward as it was imagine finding out that you made major life changes just to work with some assholes.
