This is the entire point of the bill though - the discrimination against companies over 150Bn market cap is there for one reason. There are 72 companies with a market cap over 150Bn. Of those companies there is 1 company that has the Industry Classification System code of 5121 or 71. That 1 company is Disney. That entire clause is just "Let's find a way to specify Disney without saying Disney". If there were a company in the entertainment business with a market cap of over 150Bn and it's name was Entertainment United then this bill would've been ammended to "Over 150Bn, ICS code of 5121 and name starts with D". This bill is nothing to do with a serious conversation about copyright. It's interrupting any conversation about Copyright to punish Disney.
