It seems to me that if you are using NFTs to maintain ownership of property you are essentially inventing a kind of bearer share, which in most of the world isn't legal for anti-money laundering policy reasons. How do you stop someone from selling the token to an anonymous address (held maybe by a sanctioned individual)? Or does fabrica approve all transactions?
