- pmlnr 4y agoIt's not against the site, it's the companies fault advertising as remote. Or mine, understanding remote as something that shouldn't have to do with borders.
- AbiTyasTunggal 4y agoI think a big part of it is compliance with local employment laws. There are great companies like remote.com and letsdeel.com that are making it easier to hire people internationally though! :)
