We don't have a democracy, but a Constitutionally restricted Republic, with democratically elected representatives who have sworn an oath to defend individual rights. Having said that, "hate speech" is nothing. Individual has freedom to communicate truth, which makes the individual press. What isn't free speech is, for example, shouting "FIRE" in a theater when there isn't one. In other words, what is commonly referred to as "press" are criminal lying terrorists, and the individual who speaks the truth is press. The one thing our founding fathers were certain of, is that we'd not be a "democracy", or tyranny of largest group which is almost never a majority. The liars at some point swapped "democracy" for "freedom", and "liberty", hoping people would forget the point of the United States, and the Supreme Law of the Land. Democracy is nothing but communism in waiting, which end is famine and genocide. If only some of the oath takers were oath keepers, we could have liberty and justice.
