Any books that Linear Algebra that teach in this manner?

Linear Algebra Done Wrong would be my pick among texts I have worked with directly. It's probably not the easiest, but it is certainly workable. Linear Algebra Done Right is more rigorous, and it is a standard text that has easily accessible solutions and a set of video lectures that may prove useful. Gilbert Strang's "introduction to linear algebra" series for MIT OpenCourseWare has also been recommended frequently, but I can't personally vouch for it.
