Preview has been seriously broken on my M1 MacBook Air running macOS Monterey since I bought it. I can't use the space bar to preview a file most of the time— I have to actually Force Quit Finder to get it to work again, which it does for a short while. It then goes back to showing me a simple info window which shows a thumbnail, a date, and file size. I've been hoping an update would fix it soon, but so far, no dice. I really don't want to do a clean install.
