That's really rad! Conventional vegan "dairy products" kind of suck, IMO, especially in comparison to other vegan replacement products like burger patties. I wonder if we, at some point in the future, will arrive at a situation where some company will (illegally) try to sell real (cow-based) milk as such real-but-vegan milk, similar to what sometimes happens to fur nowadays, where real fur is branded as fake, because it's easier to sell like that :D
