Currently on my 4th month of a Sabbatical and not looking back. It's great to explore and find joy in the world offline again. I also no longer feel the need to be validated by the work that I do but really by how I feel and I feel good.

Could you expand on that? Something about “not feeling the need to be validated by work” sounds appealing and is bubbling in my mind recently, but I’m not sure how that looks day to day.
