  I've been able to reach google by email & phone, though not sure if I have ever needed to for GSuite? There are paid plans for gcloud to get more responsive support. The idea you believe about google is supported by anecdotal stories. Those who have no issue rarely relate their story.

    That's fair. I must confess, the vocal negatives were a part of my reason not to consider gApps/gSuite/workspaces. Thank you.
