Sounds reasonable though, if CSAM or the like were delivered from their servers they would get into legal trouble, guilty or not.

  They would not get into legal trouble for that, at least in the US.

    If your server ip shows up in the wrong log you will get legal correspondence almost certainly for police to check whether you are the origin server. Caching would be another issue.
