I would be happier if AT&T would personalize their mailers just enough to stop sending me ads for internet services they don't offer at my address.
- fatnoah 4y agoMy local natural gas company does the same thing. "Contact us now to upgrade your service!" "Oh, sorry, we don't offer service at that address." Similarly, I've used the same tax preparer for the last 10 years, and never, ever, ever have I had a refund. Every year, I get the emails about "your refund is waiting for you". I get that the marketing is outsourced, but it's so annoying that the one thing I'd expect tax company to know about me isn't used.
