Spot on with the foreign money thing... I live downtown and they're all living in the new Theater District and North Station buildings. I've got some friends in one of the newer condo buildings downtown and they have been really annoyed by how much the building is like a dorm. Foreign money buys up million dollar units and lets their kids stay in them while they are in school. Kids in turn throw noisy parties and do generally stupid 18-21 year old crap that pisses off the regular residents.
