This article says 45% of students receive need-based aid, meaning 55% don't: https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/boston-university-2130/paying https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/boston-university-2130/... Yes, other students may be receiving merit-based aid, but a large percentage of their student body is paying the full cost.
