After some experience with it I figured out that it wasn't the task or who had more "mic time", but who would show leadership skills that mattered. As usually everyone wanted to talk, what I did was just to orchestrate who said what, making no point on the matter, just controlling the turns and asking "what do you think about Anne's point Dave?". Worked like a charm.
