Fundamentally it's an issue of how people in a settle community, with communal rules and support handle people who aren't part of that community.
- DoreenMichele 4y agoIt's frequently outright abusive of the nomadic peoples. People want soldiers to lay down their lives for national security, natural disasters, etc but then want to treat them as unwelcome outsiders, don't want to hire their spouses, will happily gouge them for rent, etc.
