Definitely. All the energy centers / chakras have an intelligence that you can connect with and talk to. While the belly chakras are separate to the microbiome (tho surely there is some overlap), I think it's really interesting how importance of microbiome is becoming realized widely. Microbiome is also such a powerful thing, and so important for health.
