In America, the vast majority of financial aid to students is revoked if they fail their classes. Not sure how often aid is given out, but 1 month vs 4 isn’t a big difference. I haven’t heard much of any America specific big time fraud in this area either. If any implication was this article. That doesn’t count since the article isn’t saying aid is happening unlike Sweden.
