No significant link between deaths and the unlimited speed on the Autobahns exists (and such data would be subject to scrutiny immediately, given that deaths on the motorway go up with socioeconomic factors, the amount of sun in a given year etc). You are, however, wasting your life behind a wheel for longer than you need to be. Really senseless, and it puts you on the level of those who deny the efficacy of vaccines for the sake of satisfying their fear.
