Panama will issue a non-citizen passport to investors. I have never heard any other country do this.
- DamnYuppie 4y agoThere are many of the Caribbean islands that do this, if you bring over $500,000, St. Lucia comes to mind of the top of my head.
- orangepurple 4y agoI think they provide citizenship for this. Panama does not.
