But if leadership / management isn't aware of the effects and there's a possible massive payout eventually, as mentioned at the end of the article, then apparently everyone is happy. It's an at will relationship, yes?
- notaspecialist 4y agoCompanies have had women employees since the first businesses crawled out of the swamp. Why is this a company issue? Or TikTok specifically? This faux outrage is childish. This really is the fault of the staffer not the company.
