What a flowery way of saying: the government will just pile on even more debt to pump money into the economy.
When will they start making reforms that tackle the real problem? The problem, that big corporations and high net worth individuals have gotten more effective at sucking money out of the economy and transferring it to the upper 1-10 % than a society can tolerate.
