A new client has a problem with their WordPress-based system having too broad of tiers for access control.
Anything I should be sure to check out¿¡

- wingmanjd 4y agoHow complicated of a role system do you need?
- aaaaaaaaata 4y agoSomething that, at minimum, allows a user posting ability/"dept organizers" from being able to mess with plugins and other random admin stuff! =]
- aaaaaaaaata 4y agoSorry, was on mobile: Looking to allow a user posting ability/"dept organizers", without them being able to mess with plugins and other random admin stuff! =] Thanks for your time.

- wingmanjd 4y agoDrupal definitely is the 800lb gorilla in the PHP space. You can do everything with it, but you'll often need to spend some (read: lots of) time getting it going. For lighter sites, I recommend GravCMS [1], which does a fair amount of what you're looking for. Their documentation [2] is decent, as well. How many users does your client have? It's been a while since I last played in the WP land, but is it possible to setup new roles that are more restricted? 1: https://getgrav.org/ https://getgrav.org/ 2: https://learn.getgrav.org/ https://learn.getgrav.org/
