I’m really not clear what the buyer is getting. Just a copy of the source code? Can I use it? Does it cover updates?Can I resell it? Can I convert it into a saas? Who owns the copyright? Can the original dev resell a different version of the source code? So many questions arise from this and the lack of information on the listing (unless I’m just blind).
