My suggestion: Actively work at building a lifestyle that doesn't revolve around the office/work. Do you have friends outside of the office? Favorite places to eat and talk? Meetups you can go to meet and hang and talk about things you like? A conference "hallway track" to meet like minded technical people? Hell, Bumble even has a bff feature if that works for you. When I moved to a new city, I met some of my current best friends through a date that didn't pan out. It was scary to meet a total stranger when I didn't have friends in the city, but people are generally nicer than you might think. I hope this helps at least a bit.
