Your basic point holds, but carrot leaves and potato peels are both perfectly edible.
- Sohcahtoa82 4y agoAlso, potato peels are delicious. I don't peel my potatoes before making mashed potatoes or french fries, and they're tastier for it.
- ejolto 4y agoTrue! I eat them, but for some reason my grandmother refused to, so they gave them to the rabbits instead.
