    It's an article concerning GitHub and security --- so you can rest assured nobody will read the article and they will instead flail wildly about how this is Basically George Orwell Doing 1984.

    I don't know about you, but I don't have time for reading everything gets published on the web – this is why I framed my sentence in the hypothetical. Reading my comment would have clarified my own point of view.
