The majority of people do not benefit from taking them and there are some severe life changing side effects from taking them. Not to mention social and societal consequences.
The therapeutic benefit is a calculation of efficacy vs side effects. The benefit of these drugs is in question. It's probably borderline at best, if it works for you great. So to make the conclusion that a tweet from musk, in context where he is nonstop joking, is going to put anyone at risk. That's absurd at best.
