Probably means availability of Wi-Fi / Internet access, something that should be a given at any room rental. But as I've found out while searching, sometimes it isn't. That's why I always add "Wi-fi" in the filters. I agree with OP though. If you change the available amenities after the booking has been made, you've deceived the customer and they should be eligible for an immediate refund.
