I use Google Hit hider by Domain[0] on Vielentmonkey [GreaseMonkey]. Works on Chromium based browsers and Firefox. So no need for a special Browser. And, in spite of the limited sounding name, it works across pretty much all of the major search engines.
As I've said on here a few times; I wish someone would create a similar *monkey script for HN!
