My friend kids were doing sports and dancing at very serious level. Before pandemic, then lockdown started and they were forced to stop. Now they do not want to invest time in something like that again! It is easy to blaim "social media", but it is adults who create this toxic culture. Kids need stability and current "doom" culture does not help.
