What do you mean removed internet?
- LordAtlas 5y agoProbably means availability of Wi-Fi / Internet access, something that should be a given at any room rental. But as I've found out while searching, sometimes it isn't. That's why I always add "Wi-fi" in the filters. I agree with OP though. If you change the available amenities after the booking has been made, you've deceived the customer and they should be eligible for an immediate refund.
- ergocoder 5y agoThe booking said that there was internet. After I booked, internet was removed from the booking. Airbnb even confirmed this was true but refused to refund because they wanted to "give equal footing" to the host (e.g. waiting for host to respond). I was like wtf?
