You could try looking into the Influx stack - I have InfluxDB 2.x running, which has it's own built in dashboarding tool which (I find) has a lower learning cur

You could try looking into the Influx stack - I have InfluxDB 2.x running, which has it's own built in dashboarding tool which (I find) has a lower learning curve than Grafana.
Then to feed it metrics use Telegraf.
