Yeah, unsurprisingly, I'm too dumb to join mensa, but I can't help but feel bemused about the seemingly strong need that some people have here to dismiss the organization and test for whatever reason they find. There are lots of worse interests than ones cognitive ability, and I can't help but think it might be somewhat related to some bitter feeling one might get from being average. I've taken some similar IQ test before, and my score is about the same each time, and I wonder about the effect of previous experience on the result.. Also, I'm scared to think, knowing myself how dim I am, that the vast majority of people are supposedly even dimmer.
