Unless you already have rich experience with managing Webpack/parcel/vite configs, I advise against ejecting from CRA. You should ask yourself if you need to maintain these polyfills. Webpack5 is dropping NodeJS polyfills, and this is for good reason. Also, these 20 known security vulnerabilities are most likely for dev dependencies.
CRA provide a lot of features and best solution depends on what you use in your app.
