      Where is "the right to bomb and invade other countries" in the Constitution? Are you arguing that in USA unless it is written in the constitution, you can't do anything? Is "flying on a plane" a Constitutional right? Are people in US really that stupid that do not even understand their own fundamental law? The Constitution protects a person's freedom of choice in medical care, including the right to refuse unwanted medical treatment and rights preserving the doctor-patient relationship.
