I’m trying to figure out how to leave the industry without taking a 50%+ pay cut, since I’ve found out that a) I am bad at software engineering and b) I don’t particularly enjoy it (in the professional setting)
- synicalx 4y agoAny interest in moving to something different, but related so you can transfer some/all of your skillset? I was in the same boat a couple years back, and moved into an SRE role (no pay cut, fortunately) and I'm actually really enjoying the change.
