This article seems to have been written by someone who doesn't use grep. I don't want to remember a complete ontology of greppable signifiers. I would prefer to just 'grep -R "TODO" <dir>' or 'grep -R "TODO(zomglings)" <dir>' than use a more complex grammar as the author suggests. We can stuff those kinds of semantics in the TODO message.
